Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is hiring an Insider Threat Analyst I to join our Global Security Operations Management team in a hybrid role. The position supports monitoring, investigations, and risk reduction across technology stacks in a global payments environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of insider threat or fraud-related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA based with hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in operations, technology, risk, resiliency, or transformation functions.
  • 1–2 years of insider threat monitoring, counterintelligence, fraud examination, and/or fraud strategy development experience.
  • Experience with corporate investigations and data analysis; presenting evidence clearly.
  • Experience with UEBA, Fraud Strategy Rule Engines, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) principles.
  • Knowledge of computer forensics, incident response, threat-informed defense, MITRE ATT&CK, and cyber security basics.
  • Experience with security technologies such as EDR, DLP, CASB, UEBA, SIEM IPS/IDS, PAM.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, technology, service management, risk, resiliency, or transformation functions or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • 1-2 years of insider threat monitoring, counterintelligence, fraud examination, and/or fraud strategy development experience.
  • Experience with conducting corporate investigations and detailed data analysis; presenting evidence orally and in writing for cases and collaborating to mitigate gaps and reduce risk.
  • Experience with User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA), Fraud Strategy Rule Engines, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) principles.
  • Knowledge of computer forensics, incident response, threat-informed defense approaches, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, and cyber security principles.
  • Experience with security technologies, such as EDR, DLP, CASB, UEBA, SIEM IPS/IDS, PAM
