Responsibilities

• Technical Specification Review: Review customer technical specifications and commercial terms to ensure alignment with Weir’s product offerings and standards.
• Equipment Selection and Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit formal quotations and proposals within our ERP system (SAP ECC), collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Order Entry and Technical Support: Accurately enter orders and provide ongoing technical support to customers and internal sales personnel. Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with application questions to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively within a team of Application Engineers and Project Managers to share workload and improve processes.
• Travel Requirements: This is an inside sales role with no travel required.
