Job summary

Direct Fairways LLC. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for an on-site role in Washington. No sales experience is required, as paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

Earn $17.13–$24 per hour, plus 10%–20% commission and $1,000–$2,500 monthly bonus opportunities. Weekly pay and benefits included. You'll make calls to business owners, present advertising options, build relationships, and work toward individual and team sales goals.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

Participate in ongoing coaching and training

This is a phone-based sales role requiring confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are eager to learn, communicate confidently, and work toward goals.

No previous sales experience is required! We welcome entry-level applicants who are coachable, reliable, and motivated to succeed.

Relevant experience that may be helpful includes:

Car sales and automotive sales

Computer, technology, and electronics sales

Retail and customer service

Call centers, telemarketing, and phone sales

Wireless, insurance, and business development

These backgrounds are a plus, not a requirement. We're willing to train the right candidates who bring a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

Schedule & Location

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–4:45 p.m.

Employment: Full-time, in-office

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office and work the scheduled hours.
