Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a proactive sales professional in Salt Lake City to manage accounts and grow opportunities across industrial distribution.

You will work with customers, interpret plans and specifications to generate quotations, and partner with internal teams to close orders. This role emphasizes relationship-building, problem solving, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferably YOU have:

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
• Capable of going through plans and specifications to generate quotations for customers.
• Work well with customers and understand the importance of sales, people, and relationships.
• Ability to stay focused on projects.
• Good at following up with customers on quotes and job statuses.
