Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation\'s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in New Jersey to help customers purchase roofing, siding, windows, and other building supplies.

You will determine customer needs, upsell products, process orders, manage payments, coordinate pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining a high level of service. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-sell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.

Pay Rate Information:

$19-21/hr Based On experience and qualifications.
