Job summary

Urbanex, a pest control company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Nashville to engage qualified leads and set in-home appointments.

You will clearly explain service options, customize plans based on customer needs, build lasting relationships, and strive to meet sales goals. The role includes hands-on onboarding, ongoing certifications, a hybrid/remote-friendly schedule after 90 days, and competitive pay with commissions, bonuses, PTO, and advancement opportunities.

• Prior in-home sales experience is required.
• Previous pest control sales experience is a plus.
