Job summary

Compass Registered Agent in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing team. This in-office role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and a hands-on training program.

As a Sales Associate, you'll generate opportunities, engage with prospective clients, qualify leads, and support the sales team through the process. We provide mentorship and a clear path from Sales Associate to Sales Manager based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound calls, email, and social media.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and learn about their business needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals throughout the sales process.
• Support the team in moving qualified opportunities toward successful closed deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up with leads.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and continuously develop your communication and sales skills.

Our team works with clients globally, providing entity formation, registered agent services, annual compliance, and corporate support across multiple jurisdictions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team.

As a Sales Associate, you will generate new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, qualify leads, and work closely with our experienced sales team to help guide clients through the sales process. You won't be doing it alone—we provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you become successful.

This is a team-oriented position where you'll play an important role in helping our sales team build strong client relationships and successfully close new business.
