OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary internal contact for customers in Charlotte. You will manage inquiries, quotes, orders, and fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution, while leveraging product knowledge to support revenue growth.

Collaborating with outside sales and branch leadership, you will prioritize tasks and maintain records for inventory, procurement, and contracts.

Formación

• 3–5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards
