HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV. You will engage homeowners with door-to-door outreach, mailers, and calls to generate sales while building lasting relationships.

No sales experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes benefits and opportunities for advancement.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have the information they need.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
