Job summary

Concentrix is hiring for a Remote Inside Sales Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions from home, using a structured call flow to upsell and promote products or services while delivering exceptional support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ months in soft sales, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced home office. You must reside in the United States with access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting)
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
• Open availability
• A high school diploma or GED
• A quiet, distraction-free home work environment
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided
• High speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address for residence
