Knight Transportation is hiring a Driver Recruiter in the United States. You will be the first voice drivers hear, guiding them through the hiring journey and helping them find their best fit with one of the industry’s respected carriers.

Offer includes an hourly base pay of $20–$24 plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to volunteer in local communities. Join a team focused on growth, service, and driver success.

As a Driver Recruiter at Knight Transportation, you’ll play a critical role in connecting professional drivers with opportunities that support their goals and livelihood. You’ll be the first voice drivers hear and a trusted guide throughout their hiring journey — helping them take the next step in their careers while supporting one of the industry’s most respected transportation companies.

Pay Range:

$20-$24 hourly + uncapped commission through the Driver Recruiter (Inside Sales) Commissions Program.
