Job summary

A&B Business Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in Fargo, ND to support existing customers and develop new business in the sign, graphics, and printing space.

You will handle quotes, process orders, advise on product options, and collaborate with outside sales to meet customer needs, while thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The position offers hourly pay with generous commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience in the sign, graphics, printing, or related industry is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Contact prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and technical questions.
• Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives and service technicians to support customer needs.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and special pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records.
• Assist with inventory inquiries and product sourcing.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer outreach campaigns.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and equipment offered by Far From Normal.
