Position Title: Counter Sales and Backup Driver

• Location: El Reno, OK
• Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime hours

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Inside Sales Associate, you will learn about welding and safety equipment, assist customers in selecting products, and gain knowledge of medical and industrial gases, supporting their production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and remote customers.
• Sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies, and related equipment.
• Advise customers on equipment and materials needed, and procedures to complete their tasks.
• Arrange for delivery of cylinders and hard goods.
• Maintain showroom displays.
• Drive a Class B truck delivering goods to customers when the primary driver is unavailable.

Are you a MATCH?

• Class B CDL driver's license with HazMat endorsement (HazMat can be obtained after offer).
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Computer skills or knowledge of order entry systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift 25-75 lbs routinely, and occasionally 76-125 lbs with equipment.
• Prolonged standing up to 8 hours.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
