HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Denton, TX. You will reach out to homeowners to generate sales, often by knocking on doors, mail, and calls, and you will explain product benefits and pricing.

You’ll build lasting customer relationships and ensure accurate sales documentation for the field team. The role offers salary plus commission with uncapped earnings, a company vehicle and gas card, and a full benefits package.

• Experience preferred – training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners with patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services.
• Complete sales documents accurately for pest control techs.
