Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and engagement of residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs, answering questions, and guiding customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and promote green energy services.
• Collaborate with a team and receive ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
