Southern Home Services, a Southern HVAC Corporation brand, seeks an Inside Sales Manager to build and lead a new inside sales team in Maitland, FL. You will drive script development, hiring, KPIs, and a high-energy customer engagement culture.

You’ll coach agents, coordinate with senior leadership, and craft calls-driven processes that align with company goals. A strong track record in B2C sales and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a distributed service industry.
• B2C sales experience of no less than one year.
• Proven ability to build and develop processes or tools to improve work product or efficiency.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, community environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage appropriate calling lists by using Service Titan output.
• Draft calling scripts for technician repair follow-ups and equipment sales follow-ups on a regular cadence.
• Assist in the evaluation and hiring of key members of the Inside Sales team.
• Build daily, weekly and monthly sales and outbound calling goals.
• Evaluate & track performance and develop KPIs to determine performance of inside sales agents.
• Create a fun, engaging and rewarding culture and workplace.
• Work with senior leadership to develop overall sales goals and detailed plan to achieve them.
• Assess individual employees’ skills by listening to phone calls or being present during outbounding efforts.
• Effectively align Inside Sales strategy with the organization’s goals.
• Select and manage resources, including working with internal employees and third-party software to develop and deliver Inside Sales process.
• Refine Inside Sales approach to ensure best practices are being implemented.

We are looking for a goal-oriented and internally driven Inside Sales Manager to assist in building out our dedicated Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and people management skills. The Inside Sales Manager will have excellent coaching and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, our Inside Sales Manager will understand the business operation, sales process and decision-making processes needed to achieve the expected sales goals of the dedicated inside sales team. Top candidates will be highly motivated self-starters, innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change. This role reports into the Director of Customer Engagement Center. During the initial roll-out phase, this role will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Strategy Officer to develop calling lists, sales scripts, sales training materials, staffing requirements and will aid in the selection of inside sales team members.

Location: Southern HVAC Corporation Headquarters in Maitland, FL

Key Requirements:

• Four years of experience in a distributed service industry. Residential trade contractors strongly preferred.
• B2C sales experience of no less than one year.
• Superb track record of building and developing processes or tools to improve overall work product or increase efficiency.
