Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• DOT Qualification process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rentals.
• Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate orders.
• Place rental orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills in data entry and paperwork.
• Maintain professional attitude in all interactions.
