Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment across construction/industrial sectors. You will understand customer needs, negotiate terms, and place orders while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

This frontline role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with construction tools. We offer comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment needs.
• Negotiate and place orders for equipment rentals.
• Serve as the Company’s front line of contact with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and process orders efficiently.
