What You'll Do

You'll be the connection between customers, technicians, and the office. Your job is to help turn incoming service requests into completed jobs while keeping customers informed and technicians productive.

• Sell the service: Answer incoming inquiries, understand customer needs, explain options, address pricing concerns, and help close service calls.
• Keep technicians moving: Dispatch jobs, coordinate schedules, and adjust assignments as priorities change.
• Solve problems: Help resolve customer questions, job delays, pricing issues, and unexpected situations.
• Coordinate the details: Communicate with technicians in the field, prepare job receipts, help determine pricing, and coordinate parts and supplies.
• Manage multiple priorities: Keep track of open jobs, follow-ups, and customer communications without losing sight of the details.
• Help grow the business: Recognize opportunities to develop commercial accounts and strengthen customer relationships.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $36,000 annually
• Performance-based commission: Additional earnings based on results
• On-target earnings: Approximately $65,000 annually
• Employment: Full-time, in-office
• Location: Monroeville / Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
• Hours: Approximately 40–50 hours per week, depending on business needs
• Training: Provided
