Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the distribution business. This remote/hybrid role allows candidates to work from any time zone with standard business hours and occasional onsite requirements.

You will handle customer calls and emails, prepare quotes, process orders, and manage PM contracts and related documentation to keep sales and service activities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, contracts, work orders, and customer requests with high accuracy.
• Experience preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with service management, CRM, ERP, or work order systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Receive PM requests from SDCS team and enter into tracker.
• PM contract creation (SOW, pricing, etc.).
• Create/Open PM work orders and send to the responsible team within the requested timeframe.
• Inform the NADC team of any missing information (contact, parts, units).
• Submit change requests to fix incorrect information (address, parts, units).
• Send PM work orders to Field Aware.
• Manage changes to FieldAware/BMS WO (cancellation, change of service).
• Issue credits/rebills for PM pricing issues.
• Route process issues to the appropriate stakeholder (NADC, SDCS, etc.).
• Review dashboards and audit reports.
• Complete customer PEM checklists for National Accounts.

Job Summary:

Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Distribution business.

This is a remote/hybrid position. Candidates can be based in any time zone but are expected to work standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in their local time zone, with occasional onsite requirements as needed.

11. Customer specific PEM checklist FA forms (National Accounts) Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
