Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Omaha, NE is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to engage warm leads through phone, text, email and chat in a fast-paced environment. Base pay is $20/hour with uncapped commission; typical total earnings are $60K+ and top performers reach $70K+.

Spanish speakers may receive a $1.50/hour bilingual shift differential. This 40-hour-per-week, in-person role features 10-hour shifts, weekdays with rotating weekends, and no cold calling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of sales, appointment-setting, or KPI-driven experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type 60+ WPM and navigate multiple systems.
• Call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm, marketing-generated leads through phone, text, email, and chat.
• Convert prospective clients into booked consultations.
• Build rapport quickly and confidently explain the value of Milan.
• Create excitement and urgency around taking the next step.
• Manage multiple conversations and systems in a high-volume environment.
• Accurately document client interactions and coordinate scheduling with clinics nationwide.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals.
• Use real-time coaching and feedback to continuously improve results.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you'll connect with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in Milan through our marketing channels. Your job is to build rapport, understand what they're looking for, answer questions, and turn that interest into a booked consultation.

You'll connect with leads through phone, text, email, and chat in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. This is a performance-driven role where your results directly impact your commission - with no cap on what you can earn.

Compensation

Base Pay: $20/hour ($41,600 annually)

Typical Total Earnings: $60,000+ annually with commission

Top Performers: $70,000+ annually

Schedule

This is a 40-hour-per-week position with 10-hour shifts:

• Three weekdays each week
• Rotating weekends - Saturday and Sunday every other weekend
• Combination of morning and evening shifts based on business needs

Business Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10:30 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
