Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in Atlanta, GA to be a primary contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will nurture relationships, drive renewals, and support revenue through quoting, invoicing, and customer communication.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of professional experience, strong CRM skills (prefer Salesforce), and a proactive mindset to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred to have 2 years of experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in MSFT Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools such as MSFT Teams or Zoom.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment that believes in accountability and continuous improvement.
• Detail oriented with ability to identify potential issues, recommend and implement resolution plans
• Ability to multi-task; high energy; strong sense of ownership; strong sense of urgency; ability to improvise; good problem-solving skills; ability to respond in a crisis; ability to rally a team; proven leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal teams.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
• Nurture client relationships via calls and emails.
• Provide proactive guidance to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive client outcomes.
• Prepare and present program status reports throughout the client life cycle.
• Ensure effective internal communication with all stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy of customer data and engagement strategy in CRM.
