Job summary

The successful candidate will drive order reviews and chargeback processes, engage with the HQ team in Asia, and handle customer inquiries. A BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent and 2 years of related experience are required, alongside excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. The position is office-based, with an estimated salary range of $70,304 to $71,400 annually, not including additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee order review and chargeback processing.
• Assist HQ team in Asia and communicate with sales representatives/customers.
• Check and monitor accounts A/R deductions to ensure credit processing.
• Handle issues between sales and customers on daily inquiries.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Skills

Written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Access

Organized and detail oriented

Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing environment

Works well individually and with cross-functional teams

Education

BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent
