American Power & Gas is hiring a Telephone Representative to join our on-site sales and customer service team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This role offers a base salary with commissions, Monday–Friday hours, and onsite training to set you up for success.

No weekends are required, and you will work in a fast-paced call center environment focusing on inside sales for residential and small commercial customers seeking green energy solutions.

Qualifications

• No prior telemarketing or sales experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening to engage customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced call center setting handling a high volume of calls.
• Motivated to grow in a sales-focused customer service role.
• Able to take and receive feedback in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone.
