Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) in Aguadilla, PR. You’ll assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, delivering a memorable shopping experience and guiding them on their beauty journey.

You’ll build relationships, inform customers about promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately. Sally Beauty offers training, product discounts, samples, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in beauty/retail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• Willing to work varied schedules across days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for promos.
