Job summary

POOLCORP, a leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks an Inside Sales Associate / Warehouse Associate in Jupiter, FL. You will assist customers, process orders, and help with receiving and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of inside sales experience; ability to lift up to 100 pounds; proficiency in MS Office and strong customer service skills.

Secures payment of invoice with proper funds or obtain credit authorization in accordance with company policy.Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of vendor’s production and delivery schedules.Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:High school diploma or GED.1+ years related inside sales experience preferred.Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.Strong counter \"presence\" and the ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.Strong customer-service attitude.Good computer skills including MS Office programs.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful.To be 18 years of age or older to apply.Preferred: High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related inside sales experience, Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance.Looking to work for the best in the industry?Look no further than POOLCORP, the world's leading distributor of outdoor living products.
