Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to apply product knowledge from training to support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer’s journey. Legal and Physical

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: The position requires long periods of standing; walking; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
