Position Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as a guide on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to enhance your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to suit various needs.

Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder. May be exposed to fumes and odors.

Physical and Working Conditions

Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. May involve exposure to irritant chemicals and working around moving parts or machinery.
