Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Newnan, GA. You will greet customers, answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build relationships with customers while supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations. The role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, learning products, and working in a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommends products based on customer needs and availability.
• Evaluates warranty items and communicates delivery timelines.
• Picks, stages, and distributes customer orders; may use an RF scanner.
• Restocks showroom merchandise and supports showroom and warehouse duties.

Location: Superior Pool Products Newnan, GA - 444A; 185 Bledsoe Road, Building 200, Newnan, GA 30263

Pay: Up to $21 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7AM - 5PM

What to Expect?

As an Inside Sales Associate at POOLCORP, you will be an important part of the customer experience. In this fast‑paced, customer‑facing role, you will assist customers at the counter and over the phone by answering product questions, processing orders, recommending solutions, and helping ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience. You will build strong relationships with customers while also supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations.

On a Daily Basis, Our Inside Sales Associate

• Assists walk‑in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer’s warranty policy and customer needs.
• Provides an estimated date of delivery to the customer based on knowledge of the vendor’s production and delivery schedules.
• Pulls, stages, and distributes customer orders efficiently, including occasional use of an RF scanner.
• Restocks and replenishes showroom merchandise to maintain product availability and presentation.
• Cross‑trains in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties to support overall branch operations.

What You Will Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Preferred:

High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related inside sales experience, Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance
