POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate at SCP Boise, ID. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build relationships with customers, support showroom and warehouse tasks, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role emphasizes customer service and product knowledge with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and basic systems.
• Ability to safely move products up to 100 lbs using a dolly.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of inside sales experience; familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and product availability.
• Provide delivery estimates based on vendor schedules and inventories.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; restock showroom merchandise.
• Cross-train in receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties to support branch operations.
