Position: Inside Sales Appointment Setter

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in reaching out to prospective customers and optimizing results. Your main responsibility is to generate the appropriate number of leads for our sales staff using cost-effective methods. You will help ensure that appointment setting and sales goals are met.

Key Tasks:
  1. Develop ongoing positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
  2. Lead, assist, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Maintain professionalism with both customers and colleagues.
  4. Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals monthly.
  5. Accurately record interactions in our software system.
  6. Track and communicate all activity to upper management effectively.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Customer Service or equivalent experience.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Experience in lead setting.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with management or leadership experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Work Environment:

Office/Call Center

Work Hours:

Hours vary based on department and season. Nights and some weekends are required. Expected to work 40 hours per week, 5-6 days depending on season and staffing levels.
