Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone and email.

  • Coordinate with Quality/Engineering on Notices of Nonconformance.
  • Utilize ERP system to perform daily functions; track orders through shop floor.
  • File and scan documents; provide light receptionist duties.
