Qualifications

Position Summary

Manages customer relationships within an assigned portfolio to support revenue growth and business expansion objectives. Serves as a strategic sales partner by promoting transportation solutions that strengthen customer value and contribute to overall organizational performance.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, recorded video messaging, and lead generation efforts.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer retention, and increase share of wallet.
  • Conducts customer business reviews and evaluates account performance to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborates with internal business partners to develop solutions that secure new business and improve account profitability.
  • Analyzes customer, market, and sales data to identify strategic growth opportunities and prioritize business development activities.
  • Addresses customer concerns and service-related issues through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Adapts to changing customer assignments, business priorities, and market conditions while maintaining accurate account and sales activity information within company systems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years of LTL sales experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
