You will respond to account needs, strive to exceed yearly profitability goals, and collaborate with Inside Sales Managers to spot market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales and territory management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitable Total Truck Care business by phone with fleets under 30.
• Respond to Total Truck Care needs of accounts.
• Meet or exceed YoY and profitability goals.
• Identify market trends with Inside Sales Managers.
• Promote Love's services (Fuel, Tires, CNG, Light Mechanical, Factoring).
• Ensure discount setup and timely customer support with Inside Support.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce customer data.
• Develop relationships with Love’s vendors.
• Pursue personal development within the department.
• Travel as needed.

Welcome to Love's:

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Inside Sales team by promoting all Total Truck Care programs.

Job Functions:

• Secure and grow profitable Total Truck Care business with both existing customers and new prospects by phone in fleets under 30 trucks
• Actively respond to the Total Truck Care needs of accounts
• Meet and/or exceed Year Over Year and profitability goals
• Work closely withInside Sales Managers and other team members in identifying market and competition trends
• Actively promote all Love’s services within region: Fuel, Tires, CNG, Light Mechanical and Factoring
• Work closely with Inside Support to insure proper discount setup and timely and accurate customer support
• Responsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management software
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Love’s vendors
• Actively pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and company
• Travelas needed

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3 years of inside sales and territory management

Skills and Physical Demands:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as billing and collection procedures
• Ability to prioritize
• Team, player who takes ownership of personal duties as well as team goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Sense of urgency and keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environment
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
