The role includes a comprehensive 3+ week paid training and uncapped commissions with a guaranteed minimum wage of at least $45k in your first year. Full-time employment with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in firearm distribution or related sales preferred.
• Willing to work a 5-day week including Saturdays.
• Prior outbound sales experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow customer relationships nationwide via outbound phone, email, SMS, and online orders.
• Contribute to a high-volume inside sales environment and hit targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week paid training program to get up to speed.
