Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience and guide customers through beauty needs. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, supported by training from Cosmoprof and a strong team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective - creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer's journey. Your role at Cosmoprof:

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
