Job summary

AMR ROOFING is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives in Indianapolis to assist homeowners with roofing, siding, and gutters projects.

This role offers performance-based pay with uncapped commission potential ranging from $60,000 to $270,000 annually, alongside insurance benefits and a 401K plan. Responsibilities include calling company-provided leads and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Previous experience in roofing & restoration industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and email company-provided leads.
• Set appointments for inspections and adjuster meetings.
• Guide homeowners through paperwork and next steps.
• Deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way.
