Hmitrucks in Harrisonburg, Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support at the parts counter and over the phone. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, preferably in automotive, and strong communication skills.

Role responsibilities

• Provide customer service and process orders for customers at parts counter, Ecommerce and over the phone.
• Assist outside sales staff with quotes and orders.
• Assist in maintaining accuracy of inventory.
• Process core and new part returns.
• Maintain up to date company provided training on new processes and new products.
• Accurately fill customer orders as needed by retrieving requested material.
• Take part in maintaining appearance of location as needed, straightening, cleaning of display and counter area etc.

Qualifications
