Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking career-minded sales professionals to join our fast-paced team. You’ll work with a large membership database, make warm daily calls, and help members protect their financial future with life insurance products.

Starting at $28.85 per hour, full-time agents earn an average of $86,200–$105,300 per year after training, with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training, health/retirement benefits, tuition assistance, PTO, and employee

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
