Sunbelt Rentals, a leading equipment rental company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Ohio to support telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate administrative records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills are essential.
• Solid computer and administrative skills are required.
• DOT Qualification process may be preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction/industrial equipment.
• Serve as the company’s front line of contact with the customer.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
• Perform strong administrative tasks related to rentals and orders.
