We just need you to have a “can do, ready to learn” mindset.)* Provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, both in person and over the phone.* Communicates effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, offering accurate information about products and services.* Greets and assists customers in person, answering their questions and addressing inquiries with a positive, helpful attitude.* Processes customer orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while ensuring transaction accuracy.* Maintains product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell appropriate products, ensuring customers are fully informed.* Manages inventory levels, assists with restocking, and keeps the sales counter and work area organized and clean.* Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive resolutions and customer loyalty.* Prepares and processes orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring proper documentation and timely order fulfillment.* Collaborates with other departments to fulfill customer needs, ensuring the smooth completion of orders and high satisfaction.* Maintains a positive, professional relationship with customers, building trust and loyalty through consistent, high-quality service.* Assists with maintaining a safe and secure work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.* Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.* Performs other duties as required to support the team and enhance customer experience. **Position Requirements*** A degree or 2+ years of sales experience.* Must have a hunter sales mentality.* Must be a motivated self-starter.* Ability to build relationships with a variety of clients.* Ability to manage time effectively.* Truck Parts background/knowledge is required.**Physical Requirements*** Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or workstation.* Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.* Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.* Ability to navigate the sales floor or warehouse area to assist with inventory management or product organization.* Ability to bend, squat, or kneel occasionally to access lower shelves or storage areas.**Remote work options are not available for this position.** **Pay Range** $25.00 per hour Weller Truck Parts is dedicated to a drug free work environment.
