Weller Truck Parts, part of Jasper Holding family, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service in-person and by phone. You will process orders, quotes, and transactions while managing inventory and maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• A degree or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Must have a hunter sales mentality.
• Must be a motivated self-starter.
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Truck Parts background/knowledge is required.
• Remote work options are not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Communicates effectively with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Greets and assists customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Processes customer orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains product knowledge to effectively recommend products.
• Manages inventory levels and keeps the sales counter organized.
• Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepares and processes orders for pickup or delivery with proper documentation.
• Collaborates with other departments to fulfill customer needs and ensure order completion.
• Maintains a positive, professional relationship with customers to build trust.
