• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches.
• Complies with portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register and handles payments.
• Takes phone orders and delivers tickets.
• Performs other duties as required.
