Job summary

Jimmy John’s is hiring Inshop Team Members in Minnesota. The role involves making fast and accurate sandwiches, taking phone orders, registering, and keeping the store clean.

You will help prep products and support a friendly, fast-paced team that delivers superb customer service to guests. Applicants should be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, stand and move around the store, and operate the cash register while following cash handling policies.

Full Time or Part Time available!Looking for lunch shift availability, evening, or weekend availability. Base Pay plus tips!

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!!

Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and assisting in customers receiving deliveries.

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches,Inshop Team Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a freaky fast work pace and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!

Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!!

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10°
