Job summary

ABB in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate and maintain equipment onsite, including insert machines, coil winders, and pre-form presses. You will read manufacturing documents, perform basic measurements, and ensure adherence to production and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members, participate in cross-training, maintain strong safety and housekeeping practices, and be prepared for overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
