Kadlec Clinic in Richland, Washington, seeks a full-time Urologist to join its Urology Hospitalist team. You will perform a broad range of inpatient urology procedures in a collaborative setting, with 95% inpatient care and a 7-on/7-off schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of practice experience is required.
• H1b visa and 2028 J1 waiver eligible.
• PSLF eligible and complimentary student loan consultant.
• Generous recruitment incentives including $15,000 relocation, $5,000 annual CME.
• Compensation is between $511,699 and $700,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of general Urology procedures in an inpatient setting.
• Inpatient care focused, 95% inpatient care.
• Shift based position with a 7-on/7-off schedule.
• 16 hours per month clinic time for hospital follow-up and post-ops.
• Support of IR and CR surgeons available.
