Job summary

Agave Ridge Behavioral Hospital in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Inpatient Therapist to deliver evidence-based group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients during critical moments of care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and at least four years of therapy experience with the facility’s patient population.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services field.
• One or more years’ experience working with comparable patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based group therapy.
• Create, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a clinical caseload.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to facilitate services.
• Document therapy services according to standards.
