Freedom Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Clinical Licensed Therapist to join our Social Services team in Mississippi. The role is full-time and focuses on group and individual therapy for adult and geriatric patients, with biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
Candidates must hold a current, active Mississippi license (LPC, LMSW, or LCSW), have at least one year of clinical experience in behavioral health, and be able to document care and coordinate discharge planning.

Freedom Behavioral Hospital is growing and has immediate openings for Full-Time Clinical Licensed Therapists to join our Social Services team. The Clinical Licensed Therapist is an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and is responsible for delivering high-quality behavioral health services to adult and geriatric patients. This role provides group and individual therapy, completes biopsychosocial assessments, participates in treatment planning and utilization review, and supports discharge planning and continuity of care.
The Therapist collaborates closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and other clinical team members to ensure services align with Freedom Behavioral Hospital’s mission, policies, and regulatory standards while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Education:
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
License (Required – Mississippi):
License must be current, active, and maintained in good standing.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
Equivalent experience will be considered
