Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
• CCC Certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Licensure or certification required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the path to communication goals.
