Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a caring Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based communication and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate adult patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver one-on-one and group therapy, and document progress using EMR systems.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensed or eligible for state licensure (as applicable)
• Competence in evaluating and treating adults in inpatient rehab settings

Responsibilities
